Patrick has experience working with small business development agencies at the Federal and local level. He has worked with a number of startup surveying firms and understands the difficulties of running a successful small business. Patrick recently graduated from the George Washington University Law School and will sit for the Virginia bar exam in July. While attending law school, he was a law clerk in the General Counsel’s office of the U.S. Small Business Administration and the District of Columbia Department of Small and Local Business Development.
